This circle jig cuts any circle with a minimum of fuss. Easy to set-up & use, the unique NoDrill plate doesn't tie up your router. Requires a 1/8" pilot hole in work piece. Includes a pencil holder for drawing circles, plus a scale and a cursor for easy measurement.

Four models to choose from:

3260 includes a 24" track and cuts 3/4" to 62-1/4" diameter (31" radius) circles.

3270 includes a 48" track and cuts 3/4" to 110-1/4" diameter (55" radius) circles.

3280 includes a 72" track and cuts 3-3/4" to 158-1/4" diameter (79" radius) circles.

3290 includes a 95" track and cuts 3-3/4" to 204-1/4" diameter (102" radius) circles.

Worked as it should. Set up went well...highly recommend!

I need a very strong circle cutting jig, called your sales department and explained my situation. They were able to combine a blank plate(no holddowns) and a much more robust pivot pin. Bottom line: I mounted my 3 horse router to the plate and drilled out the 1/8" pivot pin with a supplied 3/16" pin. I was able to rout out a 5' circle in 6/4 white oak with no problem. I am very happy with this modified jig.

Hollywood production sets

I am a propmaker building movie sets for Hollywood film productions locally in Los Angeles or on location in other states.
I just recently came across Woodhaven circle cutting jigs that I could put together to get the desired radius.
I contacted Doug the owner and with his recommendations I ordered two 4ft rails and one 2ft rail made from extruded aluminum with extension connections brackets so I could have 2ft, 4ft, 6ft, 8ft and 10ft rail for cutting circles. I also added router bases for trimmer routers, Makita, Ridgid, DeWalt and extra for medium base for plunge router.
My favorite sets to build are super heroes, StarWars and Marvel because not a single wall is straight, mostly some kind of angle, radius, circle or cone.
To cut these circles or radiuses we make an arm out plywood and mount router base on it. With Woodhaven circle jig rails and router bases already attached the setup process is faster.
