Cutting Board Juice Groove Jig

Introducing the Woodhaven Cutting Board Juice Groove Jig.  Greatly simplifies the process of routing a uniform juice groove around the perimeter of cutting boards.  Jig opens up to 17-3/4'' x 23-3/4'' in size.  Our jig is made from premium 10 mm (0.39") thick Phenolic material.  Phenolic is a hard very flat material that does not flex like plastic bars.  

• Adjusts in both directions to simplify the process of routing a uniform juice groove on cutting boards up to 17'' x 23'' in size
• Router base rides against the side rails to rout a groove around your work piece.
• Use with cutting boards up to 2-1/4'' thick.
• Designed for a rounded-shoulder juice groove bit (sold separately)
• Aluminum extruded corner supports
• Spacers can be placed around your cutting board to change the location of the juice groove.
• Important Note: Use only with a plunge router. Router bits sold separately.
